The 2006 International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies is currently soliciting paper submissions. Authors are encouraged to submit papers on a wide range of topics including artificial intelligence, network management, neural networks and fuzzy logic, security signal processing, and emerging technologies in communications and information technologies. The conference takes place 18 to 20 October in Bangkok, Thailand.
